K & L Homes was founded in 1978 as a custom home builder serving the Bismarck and Mandan Area. Second generation builder Chad Moldenhauer is proud to implement the same principles of honesty, integrity and professionalism which have made K & L Homes successful over the years. Whether you work with one of our plans or your own, our in-house design team will ensure that your home is as unique as you are. After the planning phase, our full staff of craftsman will make sure that your house is built with the attention to detail that you can expect from our homes and continues to perform after the sale. At K & L Homes, we want to earn your business now and for generations to come.
Currently we have 16 employees who specialize in finish carpentry, decorative tiling and masonry. Our employees take a great deal of pride in their work and allow us to add the custom touches that really set our homes apart. Having our own staff not only helps us stay on schedule but develop a more personal relationship with the client. We encourage clients to go through the homes we are working on, ask questions and be on first name basis with our employees.
